Optima Control Solutions Ltd. is more than an expert industrial control systems company. They are a team of professional engineers who recognise that the services they provide must add real value to the businesses of their customers - and they enjoy doing it.

Adrian West and Michael Hill formed Optima Control Solutions Ltd. in 1995 and began trading in August of that year.

Their founding principles of applying their expertise skilfully, professionally and diligently have, since incorporation, been at the heart of the business. A characteristic recognised by their customers, suppliers and employees, all of who have contributed significantly to the company’s success.

The company now operates from its new headquarters in Blackburn, Lancashire and currently employs 20 staff. Optima recognise that as a knowledge based business, staff are the company’s most important asset and they regard their welfare as paramount. An ethic borne out by the fact that since 1995 only 3 engineers have left the company.
