Adrian West and Michael Hill formed Optima Control Solutions Ltd. in 1995 and began trading in August of that year.
Their founding principles of applying expertise skilfully, professionally and diligently have, since incorporation, been at the heart of our business. This characteristic is recognised by our customers, suppliers and employees, all of who have contributed significantly to the company’s success.
The company now operates from its new headquarters in Blackburn, Lancashire and currently employs 20 staff. Optima recognises that as a knowledge-based business, our engineering experts are the company’s most important asset and we regard their welfare as paramount. An ethic borne out by the fact that since 1995 only 3 engineers have left the company.
